Water repelling oil for compressed air systems for dramatic
wear reduction, reduced maintenance and extended life of air system components
and pneumatic tools. Specifically formulated for improving component
reliability, minimizing stray mist at the point of application and reducing
vibrations in air tools used in industrial environments.
Engineered using Interflon's advanced lubrication technology preventing
corrosion, enhancing water-separation and minimizing lubricant contamination,
carbon and varnish build-up.
Application areas
For compressed air equipment (cylinders, valves, tools), linear guides and chains that are exposed to high loads, dust, dirt, water or in a corrosive environment. Suitable for use in standard lubricator systems and in all standard oil nebulizer including based micro-fog systems based on the venturi principle.Instructions for use
Shake or stir before use according to the size of the packaging. For best results, parts should be cleaned or purged of the previous lubricant prior to use. Apply the oil as prescribed by the manufacturer.Specifications

What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s patented technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronisation and polarization. Micronisation is a unique process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;
- Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
- Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
- Dirt, sand and water repellent
- Lubricant lasts longer (less oil needed)
