Product information "Grease HS2"
- Excellent Lubrication Properties
- Resistant Against Aggressive Chemical and Wet Environments
- Excellent Anti-Corrosion Properties
- Unique Lubrication Properties
- Emergency Lubrication Thanks To Micpol® Technology
- For Very High Speeds (DN Factor >1,000,000)
- Long Re-Lubrication Intervals
- Chemical Resistant
- Excellent Adhesion
- Longer Tool Life
Fully synthetic polymer thickened lubrication grease. By using MicPol® Technology the grease has very good anti-wear and extreme pressure properties, a resistance to chemical attack and is very water resistant and friendly towards vulnerable materials like aluminum, ceramics and elastomers. Interflon Grease HS2 is listed by the NSF for use on equipment and machine parts in the food industry in locations where there is no possibility of the lubricant or lubricated part contacting edible products.
Application areas
Suitable for bearings, shafts and fans at high speeds, drive tool bearings and CNC center holders in the metalworking industry, textile industry and other industrial environments where aggressive chemical substances and humid environments are encountered.Instructions for use
For best results, parts should be cleaned or purged of the previous lubricant prior to use. Fill bearings as prescribed by the bearing manufacturer or OEM. Lower the lubrication till the optimum frequency has been reached. Suitable for automatic lubrication systems / equipment at room temperature. Note: Not suitable for automatic lubricating systems where a continuous pressure is exerted on the grease (progressive systems, simalube®).Specifications

What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronization and polarization. Micronization is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;
- longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
- Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic greases
- Dirt, sand and water repellent
- Lubricant lasts longer (less grease needed)
- Better resistance to high pressure and loads
