Strong penetrating lubricant with Interflon MicPol® technology for heavy loaded chains and guide ways. Food Lube G (aerosol) is listed H1 by the NSF for the use in applications with incidental food contact. It gives an exceptionally durable, non-staining, dry lubrication film that prevents wear on moving parts. Long-lasting lubrication that is resistant to high pressures, water wash-off and will not attract dirt, dust and other abrasives. Goes on wet, displaces moisture, breaks down deposits and penetrates even into the most inaccessible areas.
Application areas
For lubrication and protection of chains and guide ways in machines for the manufacture, processing, packaging and transportation of food. Suitable for applications where there is (occasional) contact with water.Instructions for use
Shake well before use. Use aerosol from a vertical (upright or upside down) position only. Parts should be cleaned first with a solvent or alkaline cleaning agent. Spray Interflon Food Lube G (aerosol) onto parts and allow to penetrate. Wipe off the excess lubricant with a clean cloth. Note: Do not use too much Interflon Food Lube G (aerosol). A thin layer, with occasional re-application now and again, works better than a thick layer.Specifications

What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s patented technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronisation and polarization. Micronisation is a unique process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;
- Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
- Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
- Dirt, sand and water repellent
- Lubricant lasts much longer (less oil needed)
- Better resistance to high pressure and loads
