Highly versatile, dry film food grade lubricant fortified with MicPol®. Designed for a multitude of general machinery, (slat) conveyor and chain lubrication applications using central lubrication systems. Formulated to reduce your maintenance and down time costs and the number of lubricants in use. Goes on wet, displaces moisture, breaks down deposits and penetrates even into the most inaccessible areas. Prevents the formation of rust and other corrosives. Forms a highly durable, non-staining dry lubrication film that virtually eliminates wear on moving parts. Holds up to high pressures, resists water wash-off and will not attract dirt, dust and other abrasives.

Listed by the NSF® (Class H-1) which gives this oil full acceptability for use in all areas where incidental contact with food, beverages or drugs may occur. Halal, Kosher and ISO 21469 certified.

Application areas

For the lubrication and conservation of conveyors, chains, cables, sliding tracks, joints, pivots, cams, belts, lifts, pulleys, threaded parts, bolts, rollers, taps, valves and many other moving parts operating in (non) food-stuff environment.

Instructions for use

Shake once or stir before use according to the size of the packaging. Parts should be cleaned first with a solvent or alkaline cleaning agent. Spray Interflon Food Lube AL onto parts such as cables and chains and allow to penetrate. Wipe off the excess lubricant with a clean cloth. Please consult your technical advisor for more specific details. Note: do not use too much Interflon Food Lube AL. Applying a thin layer, with occasional re-lubrication, gives a better result than a thick layer.

Safety & Compliance

What is MicPol® technology

MicPol® technology is Interflon’s patented technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronisation and polarization. Micronisation is a unique process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;

  • Longer lasting lubricant (extends PM intervals)
  • Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
  • Dirt, sand and water repellent
  • Lubricant lasts much longer (emergency running properties)
  • Better resistance to high pressure and loads

All our products are based on our exclusive MicPol® technology
