Semi-fluid EP grease is designed to lubricate industrial gearboxes and machine parts with automatic grease and oil delivery systems. With the fluidity to flow like oil while having more “body” at operating temperature to provide considerably less friction. Resists leaking through worn seals often found in older gearboxes. Reduces power consumption in gearboxes and allows to safely extend oil change intervals. Formulated with MicPol® Technology, which forms a durable lubrication film capable of reducing friction and wear much better than conventional oils and greases. Interflon Food Grease HD00 is listed by the NSF for the use in applications with incidental food contact.
Application areas
Applications include the lubrication of industrial gearboxes running at slow to moderately speed and machine parts such as bearings, chains and slides with automatic grease and oil delivery systems.Instructions for use
For best results, parts should be cleaned or purged of the previous lubricant prior to use. Drain the old oil from the gearbox as prescribed by the manufacturer. What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronization and polarization. Micronization is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;

- Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
