Highly versatile, industrial dry film lubricant with MicPol® Technology. Forms a highly durable lubrication film that virtually eliminates wear on moving parts. Holds up to high pressures, resists water wash-off, eliminates stick-slip and will not attract dirt, dust and other abrasives. Designed for a multitude of a general machine, cable and chain lubrication and maintenance applications over a wide range of environmental conditions. Provides a tough, durable boundary of solid film lubricant and delivers much longer lubricant life with better resistance to water and considerably less friction and wear.
Application areas
Where parts are exposed to contamination or moisture, they need to be coated to prevent rust and corrosion; providing protection where conventional lubricants fail. Excellent choice for the lubrication of chains, cables, sliding tracks, (air) tools, joints, cams, belts, saws, guides, springs, pulleys, threaded parts, bolts, rollers, taps, pins, bushings, valves, conveyors and many other applications.Instructions for use
Shake or stir before use according to the size of the packaging. Parts should be cleaned first with a solvent or alkaline cleaning agent. Spray Interflon Lube TF onto parts such as cables and chains and allow to penetrate. Wipe off the excess of lubricant with a clean cloth. When applied in an automatic lubrication system, an agitation system is required. Please consult your technical advisor for more specific details. Note: Do not use too much Interflon Lube TF. Applying a thin layer, with occasional re-lubrication, gives a better result than a thick layer.Specifications

What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s patented technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronisation and polarization. Micronisation is a unique process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;
- Longer lasting lubrication (extending PM intervals)
- Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
- Dirt, sand and water repellent
- Lubricant lasts much longer (less oil needed)
- Better resistance to high pressure and loads
