Interflon Lube HT is a long-life synthetic lubricating oil with MicPol® Technology at high temperatures and under very heavy loaded circumstances. Switches, hinges and bearings continue to work smoothly even after the lubricating layer on the outside has disappeared. Interflon Lube HT is listed by the NSF for use on equipment and machine parts in the food industry in locations where there is no possibility of the lubricant or lubricated part contacting edible products.
Application areas
For lubrication and protection of moving machinery and installation parts which are exposed to high temperatures such as bearings and chains of shrinkage furnaces and other applications where high temperature lubrication is required.Instructions for use
Shake or stir before use according to the size of the packaging. Parts should be cleaned first with a solvent or alkaline cleaning agent. Remove grease or preservative completely from chains. Apply Interflon Lube HT on parts and allow to penetrate. Do not apply Interflon Lube HT on parts with a temperature exceeding 70°C. After the solvents have evaporated Interflon Lube HT retains its capacity to lubricate up to 245°C over a long span of time or a shorter span up to 270°C. Please note that at automatic lubrication systems the pipes, respectively the spray nozzles may not be exposed to temperatures above 150°C. Automatic lubrication systems need to have the facilities to stir Interflon Lube HT regularly.Specifications

What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronization and polarization. Micronization is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;
