- Virtually No Torque at Cold Start Up (Stick-Slip) For Easy Starting at Low Ambient Temperatures
- Rapidly Separates from Water and Does Not Emulsify
- Highly Resistant to Foaming to Prevent Reservoir Overflow
Lubricant with MicPol® Technology with excellent low temperature fluidity characteristics, suitable for applications with temperatures as low as -40°C. For the lubrication of hydraulic equipment, chains, belt chillers and other parts of machinery that operate in high-stress, cold storage and outdoor environments where food is being handled. Goes on wet and frozen parts, displaces moisture and penetrates even into the most inaccessible areas. Forms a highly durable lubrication film that virtually eliminates wear, even at the lowest anticipated ambient temperatures, and also strong temperature fluctuations.
Interflon Food Lube LT is listed by the NSF for use in applications with incidental food contact
Application areas
For stationary and mobile hydraulic installations and the lubrication of machine parts used in extreme low temperature manufacturing, packaging, transportation and storage environments. Applications include (spiral) freezer conveyors, belt chillers, chains, slides and many other items of equipment that require low temp, high performance ISO VG 22 type oil based fluids.Instructions for use
Shake or stir before use according to the size of the packaging. Drain the oil from the system as prescribed by the manufacturer. For best results, parts should be cleaned or purged of the previous lubricant prior to use. When oil filters are present, please ensure the filter size is > 5 microns.Specifications

Safety & Compliance
What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s patented technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronisation and polarization. Micronisation is a unique process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;
- Longer lasting lubrication (extends PM intervals)
- Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
- Dirt, sand and water repellent
- Lubrication lasts longer (significant reduction in the amount of oil used)
- Better resistance to high pressure and loads
