Interflon Food Lube HT is a long-life synthetic lubricating
oil with MicPol® Technology. At high temperatures and under very heavy load,
moving machine components continue to work smoothly, even after the visible
lubricating layer on the outside has disappeared. For food and pharmaceutical
production environments to lubricate chains and machine components exposed to
high temperatures and extreme loads.
Interflon Food Lube HT is listed by the NSF in accordance with DIN V 10517 for
use in applications with incidental food contact (NSF-H1) with registration
number 150687.
Application areas
For the lubrication and protection of moving machinery components which are exposed to high temperatures, such as bearings, rollers, chains, wheels, slides and guides.Instructions for use
Shake or stir before use depending on packaging. Components must be cleaned first with a solvent or alkaline cleaning agent to remove oil, grease or preservative. Allow to dry before applying product. Poor preparation may results in decreasing performance of the lubricant and limited emergency running properties. Apply and allow the product to penetrate. Interflon Food Lube HT can lubricate up to 270°C and with adjusted intervals up to 300°C without compromising lubrication properties. Spray nozzles containing copper or copper alloys should not be exposed to temperatures higher than 150°C. Agitator is allowed but not required. Please contact your nearest Interflon representative to inform you about the application, re-application frequency and automatic lubrication systems.Specifications

What is MicPol® technology
MicPol® technology is Interflon’s unique technology that strengthens and improves the original properties of the lubricants. MicPol® is a combination of micronization and polarization. Micronization is a process where components of the lubricant are reduced in such a way that they can penetrate all pores and sub-pores of a surface to be lubricated. Polarization is the components that are charged during the production process. This ensures a unique adhesion to the surfaces to be lubricated. Advantages of MicPol® include;
- Long lasting lubrication (extending of PM intervals)
- Runs at much lower friction than conventional or synthetic oils
- Dirt, sand and water repellent
- Lubricant lasts much longer (significantly less oil needed)
