Is Food Lube aerosol safe for use around food?

Yes. Interflon Food Lube is certified NSF H1, which is the internationally recognized classification for lubricants approved for incidental food contact. This means it can be used on equipment where there is a possibility that the lubricant may come into contact with food or food surfaces, provided the amount does not exceed 10 parts per million (ppm) in the end product. It is non-toxic, non-staining, and contains Interflon's proprietary MicPol® technology. For surfaces with direct and intentional food contact, an H3 or 3H-rated product should be used instead.
